MELVIN DOUGLAS TATARYN Very sadly, we the family of Melvin Tataryn announce his peaceful passing on the evening of Monday, November 13, 2000 at the Selkirk General Hospital. Melvin was born on April 11, 1942 and raised on the family farm in Mapleton, Manitoba. As a young man Melvin decided his ambition in life was to become a lab technician at which he succeeded. After trying his hand at this profession he decided that his calling would be to help out for a while on the family farm. Thus began his new calling as a rancher. Melvin spent over 25 years tending to the ranch at Inwood and helping out on the family farm. Melvin had many loves in his life. From challenging anyone to a good game of pool to gardening and growing the best vegetables. He was the best at both. Cruising in his 11-16-2000
