Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARRIET BROWN (nee LAWSON) Peacefully at home on November 13, 2000. At a remarkable 102 years, Harriets active life spanned three centuries. Much admired for her strong character and vitality, Harriet will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Dearly beloved wife of the late Cyril Brown. Predeceased by sisters Elizabeth Gustin, Emma Branton and brother William Lawson. Survived by her son Bruce Brown. Her five grandchildren, Diane Brown, Susan Stephens, Laurie Brown, Leslie Brown, Jocelyn Brown and six great-grandchildren Joanna, Jonathan, Steven, Cheryl, Jennifer and Stephanie will remember her with love. Dear Aunt to Mildred Schlamp, Margaret Lince, Isabel McGregor, Jack Branton, Carrol Wronski and Muriel Hamblin. Longtime friend of Irene Duff and Phyllis McCullagh. Harriet was lovingly cared for by Cyrils cousins, Janet and Alan Vickery. The family would like to express its sincere gratitude to the many home care professionals for their dedicated care during Harriets last years. As per Mrs. Browns wishes, no funeral service will be held. Cremation with interment of cremated remains at Waverley Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated. True to her tenacious spirit, Harriet kept right on "to the end of the road."
