STEPHANIE CARR (nee PLYSIUK) 1935 - 2000 Suddenly, on Thursday, November 16, 2000, Stephanie passed away at home. Stephanie was born and raised in East Selkirk. She worked for the Winnipeg Tribune until it closed in 1980. Stephanie was then employed with the Canadian Government, Supply and Services. Stephanie is survived by her husband Mike Carr; sons, Brad (Sandy) Carr and Jeff and his wife, Angie Cieszecki; sister Helen (Joe) Janney of Florida, nieces and nephews in Canada and USA. She was predeceased by her parents, Alex and Annie (nee Slobodian) Plysiuk and her brother. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 20 at 11:00 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road, with Pastor Robert Jacob. Cremation will follow the service.
