Edith was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1971; her sons, Kenneth and Edwin; her sons-in-law, Gayle Johnson and Bert Drevlo and her oldest grandchild Wendy and husband Ken Nedgial, as well as seven sisters; two half sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her three daughters, Doris Drevlo of Winnipeg, Phyllis Johnson of Lethbridge and Jean (Ade) Olson of North Vancouver; son Murray (Evelyn) of Clandeboye; daughters-in-law Vicky of Richmond, Eileen McAulay of Selkirk; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. In 1986 Edith moved from the farm to the Knights Centre in Selkirk and enjoyed all the friends she made there. In July, 1994 she became a resident of Betel Home in Selkirk. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, November 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clandeboye United Church with Rev. Lynn Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Churchyard Cemetery.
