Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE BURNS-BABISKY It is with profound sadness, the family announce the passing of Marie age 59 years, on Friday, November 17, 2000 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 23, at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at Luxton Avenue. Interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Her sister, Rev. Mary Young will conduct the Service. Pallbearers will be Robert Pottinger, Roly Tetrol, Van Smith, Billy Jones, Bobby Klaussen and Dennis King. Marie leaves to mourn her daughter Teresa Pottinger and husband Robert; 7 grandchildren; Michelle, Amber, Jasmine, Sueanne, James, Katrina and Asialeah; her mother Lily Berntzen, sisters, Mona Hurak and Mary Young; brother Harold (Stephanie) Berntzen; nieces and nephews; Tracy, Jami and Deanna, Kimberley, Kathy, Craig and Kirsten, Keith, Darren and Christina. She was predeceased by her father Norman Berntzen and husband Terry Babisky. The family wish to thank the nurses on Unit 6 and Unit 1 Fifth Floor, at Seven Oaks Hospital and especially Dr. V. Taraska for all their compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, R3B 2H8 or the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, R3C 9Z9. "You were always there when we needed you," No task too great or small. With a loving heart and a willing hand, For us you did them all. Thanks for the years you gave us, And for the precious times we shared, We only pray when you left us, You knew how much we care.
