Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryORMA VICTORIA SMITH TAYLOR CLARK Orma Clark died peacefully in Victoria on November 15, 2000 at age 95. Born May 24, 1905 in Brighton Township, Northumberland County, Ontario. Her family later moved to Assiniboia, Sask. Orma taught school before she married Hugh Taylor in 1928. Widowed in 1954, she moved to Winnipeg in 1956. She married James Clark in 1966 and they retired to Victoria in 1969, where Jim died in 1986. Predeceased by her sister Jean Zinn, Orma is survived by her sons, Hugh Taylor (Elizabeth) of Winnipeg and James Taylor of Wolseley, Sask; grandchildren, Hugh Ross Taylor (Susan) of Winnipeg, Claire Kinsey (Bruce) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Carolyne Taylor of Victoria and Shay Taylor of Vancouver; six great-grandchildren. A long time member of Eastern Star and I.O.D.E., Orma attended Fairfield United Church. Memorial service will be held at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1155 Fort St., on Saturday, November 25 at 3:00 p.m. Interment in Assiniboia, Sask., at a later date. Special thanks to Dorell Taylor, Carol and Eugene Van Der Haegen, and staff at Parkwood Care Centre, James Bay Lodge and Mount St. Mary Hospital.
