Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDORIS EDITH SPENDER Doris Edith Spender passed away in Richmond, BC on Sunday, November 19, 2000 at the age of 79 years. She was predeceased by her loving husband William "Bill". She is survived by her two sons, David (Joan), Gerald (Maureen) three grandchildren, Stephen, Janice and Andrew; one great-grandson, Jordan; sister Joyce; brother Rodney (Virginia), numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Doris was a lifetime member of the Fort Rouge Legion in Winnipeg and an active member of the Minoru Senior Centre since moving to BC in 1986. No service by request. Family will receive friends for viewing, Wednesday, November 22 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Rd., Richmond, BC.
