JOHN KOZAK John passed away suddenly, Saturday, November 18, 2000 aged 56 years. Survived by his loving wife Catherine; four children, Brad (Leslie), Trevor (Dionne), Tanya and Jamie; three grandsons, Josh, Nick and Ben. Also four brothers, George, Frank, Pat and Bob; one sister Linda and many other relatives and dear friends. John was a gifted teacher who began touching lives in Seven Oaks School District, Winnipeg before joining the St. Thomas More family that he loved so dearly. After more than 20 years of dedicated service he will be sadly missed by the entire school community. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and also Our Lady of Fatima Parish. Prayers will be held Thursday, November 23 at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 7455 10th Ave., Burnaby, BC. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, November 24 at 10:00 a.m. in the Vincent Massey Theatre, 735 - 8th Ave., New Westminster. Father P. Tepoorten celebrant. Flowers gratefully declined.
