BALWINDER KAUR CHAHAL (1935 - 2000) Peacefully on Monday, November 20, 2000 with her family by her side, Balwinder Kaur Chahal passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital, following a brief illness. She will be sadly missed by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, husband Gurbax Singh Chahal, sons, Gurdeep Singh Chahal, Barrister and Solicitor, (Gurmeet Chahal), Kuldeep Singh Chahal, (Piarjeet Chahal), grandchildren Manav, Gaurv, Harman, Raman and Sandeep and brother-in-law Amar Singh Chahal, Advocate (Surjit Kaur Chahal), brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, sister-in-laws and their husbands and the other extended family from Canada and India. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 25, at 2:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St., followed by Antim Ardas at 5:00 p.m. in the Singh Sabha Gurudwara, 4000 Sturgeon Rd. The family would like to thank Dr. Patel, doctors, nurses and the staff of I.C.U. and 4th floor for their attention and sincere cooperation.
