ADA. L. ORRIS Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, November 21, 2000 at the Grace General Hospital. Ada, 83, of Winnipeg and Loni Beach, MB, is survived by her daughters, Bernice and Roger Young, Nancy Orris-Snidal, both of Winnipeg, Lynda McDonald and Andrew of Calgary, Judi and Milton Nordstrom of Edmonton; her sons, Glen and Susan of Vancouver, Kim and Donna, Loron and Cynthia of Winnipeg; her grandchildren, Bob and Marianne Tattrie, Geoffrey Young and Maya, Kristine Young and Steve, Trisha Orris, Lloyd Orris, Matthew Orris, Andrew Orris, Rachel Orris, Ashley Orris, Gillian Orris, Ben Orris; her great-grandchildren, Sean McDonald, Tracy Tattrie, Michael McDonald, Sara Tattrie, Nicole Snidal, Jennifer and Linnea Nordstrom, James and David Snidal, Emma and Connor Clubb. Also surviving are her "special sister" Verna Eddy of Birtle, MB, Milton Orris of Toronto, the Boeckers of Chicago, and many other nieces and nephews. Ada was predeceased by her loving husband Lloyd, her daughter Guay and granddaughter Jane. Also, her sisters, Verna, Tannis and her brother Norman. Mother was the last surviving member of the Vaux family. Ada spent her whole life in Winnipeg and Loni Beach. Ada was a very loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mothers main purpose in life was her family, and her cottage and flowers at Loni Beach. Ada was integral in the founding and growth of Coronet Printers Ltd. with her husband Lloyd. She was the soul of the family. Ada, in her special way, touched all the lives of those who were fortunate to have met her. She will be sadly missed by all. A special thank-you to the staff of the Grace Hospital 3 North for their caring and compassionate support. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held in the Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway, Monday, November 27, at 10:00 a.m. Private family interment will follow.
