Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELEANOR ANNIE NEIGHBOUR Peacefully, on Wednesday, November 22, 2000, in the arms of her daughter Florence and her family at her side at the Douglas Campbell Lodge, Eleanor Neighbour a resident of Portage la Prairie, widow of the late Thomas Neighbour, passed away at the age of 86 years. Funeral service will be held at the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 20-12th St. N.W., Portage la Prairie, on Saturday, November 25 at 11:00 a.m. with the Pastor Tom Kruesel officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery. Predeceased by her parents, husband Thomas in 1995; two infant sons, brother Albert Graham; two grandsons, Sheldon Shand and Albert Neighbour, she leaves to mourn her passing two daughters, Marilyn (Harry) Trumbla of Fannystelle, Man., Florence Towle and Wayne Foster of Portage; six step children, Tom (Joanne) of White Rock, B.C., Murdock (Edna) of Delta, B.C., Margaret (Don) Shand of Brandon, Robert (Harriet) of Nokomis, Sask., Dennis (Carmel) of Mission, B.C., Albert (Dorothy) of Richmond, B.C., 27 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and eight special foster grandchildren. Also surviving is son-in-law Roy Towle, one nephew Terry Graham of Osoyoos, B.C. and special long time friend Marion Brook and Frank Twiss. Friends may call at the funeral home for visitation on Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Central Plains Cancer Care Services, 318 Saskatchewan Ave. E., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 0K8 or to the Portage District General Hospital Foundation, 524 Fifth St. SE, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 3A8.
