Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGORDON EDWARD BASKERVILLE December 3, 1917- December 2, 2000 Dad passed away peacefully at St. Adolphe Nursing Home one day before his 83rd birthday. He was predeceased by his wife Dora (nee Sigurdson) in 1981 and brother Ernie during the war, and sister Ruth Triechel. Left to cherish his memory are sons Ken (Yvette) of Dufresne, Edward (Cathy) Winnipeg; grandsons Paul, Robert, and Charles; great-grandson Ryan. Also surviving are sisters Irene Robinson of Minnedosa Man., Doris Murray of Penticton,B.C.; brother Lawrence (Grace) Baskerville of Kenora, Ont. and many nephews and nieces. Dad volunteered to serve in the Second World War. Dads favourite times were family dinners, camping, fishing and hunting. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at St. Adolphe Nursing Home for the good care dad received during his time there. A memorial service will be held at Bardal Funeral Chapel 843 Sherbrook St. on Tuesday December 5 at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Gordons memory may be made to Alzheimer Society 10-120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
