Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryISABELLA GREEN JEFFERY HIEBERT On December 7, 2000 after a long, courageous battle with cancer, Mrs. Isabella Hiebert passed away, days before her 75th birthday, at the Health Sciences Centre. Isabella was predeceased by her parents, James and Marianne McColl; her brother Jimmy; and her loving husband Abe. She will be missed by her remaining brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews, friends and her cat Sandy. Isabella was born on December 14, 1925 and grew up in Fort William, ON. She attended the Toronto Bible College from 1946 to 1949 studying Theology and general studies. She then went on to do mission work on Vancouver Island with the Faith Mission. She moved to Winnipeg in 1956 where she met her soul mate, Abe Hiebert. They were married August 20, 1962, and spent 30 wonderful years together until Abes passing in 1992. Isabella was a devoted Eatons employee for 29 years. She was a longtime active member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. The family would like to thank all of the medical staff for their kind care, devoted friends, Lena and Jake Shopanski, Diane Reed, Irene Bowman and Debbie Hosein for looking after Sandy. Interment will take place at St. Vital Cemetery, 236 River Ave., on Thursday, December 14 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 708 St. Marys Rd.
