MARY OPHEY Monday morning, December 11, 2000 at the Riverview Health Center, Mary quietly and peacefully passed away. Her family: Husband Harry; Children (and Grandchildren) Germaine and Doug Cross (Stuart, Michael, Patrick, Kathleen) Paul and Delleen Ophey (Stephanee, Stacee, Ryan) Shirley and Roger LaRocque (Jason, Samantha, Nathan) Larry and Shawn Ophey (Kevin, Trevor) as well as her extended family in the Netherlands join with all her friends in sorrow at her passing and joy in sharing the faith she lived so well. We will gather to pray together at Blessed Sacrament Parish at 425 Rosseau Ave. East on Wednesday, December 13, at 7:30 p.m.. Then we will gather to celebrate her life with a Funeral Mass on Thursday December 14, at 10:00 a.m. also at Blessed Sacrament Parish. Marys request was that the only flower in the church be one red rose on her casket. We ask you to please join us in honouring her request by not sending any other flowers. Instead, she asked that donations be made to the Blessed Sacrament Building Fund. Our loving thanks to all of you who have cared and prayed for her and her family.
