DOROTHY BESTER Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Dorothy Bester, passed away on December 6, 2000 at Central Park Lodge. Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her mother Florence of Vancouver, B.C., and her son Brian of Winnipeg. She is also survived by her sister Irene and Martin Gans of Vancouver, B.C., her brother Ed and Arlene Bester of Vancouver, B.C., and Lilian Bester of Winnipeg (sister-in-law) and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father Johanas, her brothers, Bill and Vic. A special thanks to Central Park Lodge for all the special care Dorothy was given. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society, 5 Kent Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2L 1X3. Calm and Peaceful she is sleeping, Blessed rest that follows pain, We who loved her sadly miss her. And trust in God to meet again.
