LUCILLE ZACHARAY (Formerly ROBERT nee GERVAIS) It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother at the age of 71 on November 30, 2000 at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Lucille was predeceased by her husband Stan in August, 1991. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her seven children, Ray Robert (Lori), Arnold Robert (Elaine), Gertrude Heatley (Bill), Dennis Robert (Barbara), Guy Robert (Linda), Nicole Mills (Pat), Darryl Robert (Alaine), along with her ten grandchildren, Wendy, Kyle, Adam, Scott, Angela, Jonathan, Vanessa, Corey, Rianne and Devan. Lucille will also be remembered by her mother; her nine sisters and brothers and their extended families. God looked around his garden And found an empty space He then looked down upon this earth And saw your tired face. He put His arms around you And lifted you to rest; Gods garden must be beautiful He only takes the best. He knew that you were suffering, He knew that you were in pain He knew you might never Get well upon this earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids And whispered "Peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you, But you never went alone, For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. In lieu of flowers, should friends or relatives so desire, donations may be made in Lucilles memory to the Canadian Cancer Society. A memorial service will be held in Winnipeg on Saturday, December 16 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
