JOHN BRUCKI (J.B.) Suddenly, on December 14, 2000 at 65 years of age. John will be deeply missed by his loving family and wife Jean; daughters, Brenda (Ken), Linda (Gerry) and Susan; grandchildren, Matthew and Danielle; sister Olga (Vancouver) brothers, Mike and Nick, plus many other relatives and friends. John was predeceased by his brother Paul and parents, Nicholas and Tatiana. John was born October 17, 1935 in Pinsk, Russia and immigrated at age three to Durban, MB, where his family farmed and where he went to school. In 1954 he joined CPR Telecommunications where he learned the morse code and became a Wire Chief and then a Roving Testing and Regulation Technician. He worked there for 37 years and retired in February 1991. During retirement he was involved at the Transcona Retired Senior Centre and loved to play snooker and darts. He enjoyed curling in the winter and slow pitch in the summer. "Youve never been a man of many words but all the caring things you did spoke volumes and youve shown us love in your own quiet way." A memorial service will be held at Transcona Memorial United Church, 209 Yale Ave. West on Monday, December 18 at 1:30 p.m. The family wishes to thank Dr. J.
