Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEILEEN M. DEVILLIERS Suddenly on December 14, 2000 Eileen Devilliers passed away at the age of 84 years. Eileen was predeceased by her first husband Frank Smeall and second husband Arthur Devilliers. She is survived by her children, Maureen (John) Smeall, Norman Smeall, Yvonne Domok and Mary-Anne Chambers and brother Bert Willis; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 18, at St. Albans Church, 486 Rathgar Avenue. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to World Vision.
