Dad had many achievements in his life from his winning the Middle Weight title for Manitoba as an amateur boxer to earning his scuba diving certificate in his sixties but perhaps one of his proudest moments was the plaque awarded to him by Jack Brass and members of Island Lake First Nations for his heroic efforts to save the life of a new born and her family. The family would like to thank the dedicated and caring staff of Riverview Health Centre including Dr. Garcia and Head Nurse Dianne McBride as well as all of the other associate nurses and care partners.
