WANDA GLANFIELD (nee GRULKEY) It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Wanda Glanfield on Monday, December 18, 2000 at Heritage Park Lodge at the age of 94 years. She was predeceased by her husband William, daughter Victorine, brothers, Emil and Harry, and sister Sophie. Wanda will be lovingly remembered by her children, Margaret (Carter), Harold (Maria) grandchildren, Carolyn, Ronald, Cori, Ross, Gailene, Hilori and Miles; great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Christopher and Joshua, sisters, Ida (Ed Wilde), Elsa (Rose) several nieces and nephews. Mother was a devoted care giver to her father and loving mother to her children. She gave hours of patient love to us all. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and took an active interest in them. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 22 at 1:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1858 Portage Ave., with Rev. S.C. Sharman officiating. The family thank the Blue Bird Lodge, home care workers and staff at Heritage Lodge.
