LANA MAH Lana Mah of the Sunnyside Nursing Home, Saskatoon, SK passed away at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon on December 18, 2000 at the age of 88 years. Lana is survived by three sons, Donald (May) Mah of Saskatoon, Stephen (Eden) Mah and Victor (Lily) Mah of Winnipeg; two daughters, Helen (Walter) Der of Saskatoon and Wanda (Chi) Fong of Moose Jaw; 14 grandchildren, Donna (Winston) Yeung of Hong Kong, Calvin Mah of Australia, Donald Jr. Mah and Cyndy Mah of Saskatoon, Glenn Der and Tom (Judy) Der of Saskatoon, Elizabeth Mah of Edmonton, Barbara Mah and Anthony Mah of Winnipeg, Vivian Fong and Yvon Fong of Saskatoon, Karen Fong of Moose Jaw, Curtis Mah and Samuel Mah of Winnipeg; two great-grandchildren, Jasmine Der and Justice Der of Saskatoon. She is also survived by two brothers, Kam (Margaret) Ng and Ernie Ng, both of Vancouver; two sisters, May Ng and Lynn (Wing) Mah of Vancouver; and one sister-in-law Pauline Wong of Los Angeles. She was predeceased by her husband Samuel Mah. Lana was born in Hong Kong (1912) and moved to Saskatoon November 15, 1964. Before retirement, Lana directed and supervised Chinese Cuisine Cooking at the Wah Qua Restaurant in Saskatoon. She enjoyed dealing with the public, in particular, the Chinese Community. Her family wishes to extend the heartfelt thanks to the staff of St. Pauls Hospital Renal Unit and special thanks to the staff of the Sunnyside Nursing Home for their kindness, support and care given to our mother. Visitation will take place at McKagues Funeral Chapel on Friday, December 22 at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 23 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. J. Wilson Kaan officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Saskatoon, SK. Guest parking directly south of McKagues Funeral Chapel (3rd Avenue and 20th Street). Funeral Director, David Grambo (664-3131).
