Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJASON CLAUDE SIMARD (BLADE) It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Jason Claude Simard of Winnipeg, on December 17, 2000, at the age of 21. Jason was a very loving person who cared about his family and friends deeply. He was predeceased by his father Robert Lavalee; brother Robbie; grandmother Audrey Kirton; his favourite Auntie Lynn; great-grandmother Mary Huber and Auntie Jean. He leaves to mourn his mother Sandy; his brothers, Lennie and Mathew; his sisters, Deanne and Tina; Grandpa Allan Kirton and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Prayers will be said on Thursday, December 21, at 7:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 22, at 1:00 p.m., also at the chapel with Rev. Rudy LeMaitre officiating. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be brother Mathew, uncle Jerry, uncle Roger, cousins, Gordie and Eddie and Vern Thomas. There is a link death cannot sever, Love and remembrance last forever.
