Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALICE EDITH OLIVER 1915-2000 It is with great sadness that the family of Alice Oliver announces her passing on December 19, 2000 at Golden West Centennial Lodge. Alice was predeceased by her father William and mother Lavina. She was also predeceased by her brother Samuel and wife Regina; brother William and sister Emma. She is survived by her brother Maurice and wife Nelda; as well as her sister-in-law Theresa Oliver; brother-in-law George Simpson and her many nieces and nephews. Alice was born at home in Winnipeg on March 4, 1915. She spent many enjoyable years working for Ray-O-Vac, until her retirement. Throughout her life, she was involved in volunteering at St. Johns Ambulance and fondly remembered her leisure time, fishing and time spent with family and friends. Alice will be sadly missed by all. The Celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, December 23 at 4:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley Street. We would like to thank the staff of Golden West Centennial Lodge for all their loving care and thoughtfulness during Alices stay with them.
