ROSE DELORME (nee DAWYDIUK) 1919 - 2000 Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Wednesday, December 20, 2000, at the Fisher Personal Care Home in Fisher Branch, MB, Rose Delorme passed away at the age of 81. Rose will be sadly missed by her son Archie of Winnipeg; daughter Marie of Calgary; and grandsons, David of Victoria and Colby of Calgary. She is survived by her brothers, Henry of Winnipeg, Metro (Madeline) of Carman, Joe (Josie) of Hadashville and sisters, Julia of Winnipeg, Frances of Stephenfield, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Rose was predeceased by her husband Alex Delorme in 1965; parents, Wasyl and Marie Dawydiuk; brothers, Steve and Sam; sisters, Kay, Anne, Irene and Patsy. Special thanks is given to the staff at the Fisher Personal Care Home for all their loving care, and to Dr. Cecile Andreas at the Percy Moore Hospital in Hodgson. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 23 at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Stonewall. Cremation will follow. Rev. Father Stan Gacek will officiate. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of the arrangements.
