Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAE BUNSTON (nee SMITH) Peacefully on December 20, 2000 at St. Boniface Hospital, Mae Bunston passed away. Mae will be lovingly remembered by her brother Jim Smith (Margaret) sister-in-law Shirley Smith; brother-in-law Larry Bunston (Irene) sisters-in-law, Victoria Bunston, Dorothy Braund, Norma Bunston; nieces, Bonnie Kawka (Bill), Bev Rickey (Don), Lorraine Whitehead (Van), Brenda deMoissac (Andy), Kim Still (Stephen), Shelley Smith (John McNab) nephews, Bryan Simpson, Gary Smith (Carol), Glen Smith (Christine) and their children, Tanya, Trevor, Paul, Laura, Jeff, Scott, Cara, Ryan, Graeme, Kristen, Jackie, Connie, Lisa, Christopher and her special friend Connie Bowman along with a multitude of very special family and friends. Mae was predeceased by her husband Bill on February 2, 1998; her parents, George and Margaret Smith; sister and brother-in-law Jean and Bob Simpson; brothers, Ross (Iris) and Donald Smith. Mae was an employee of BA Robinson for 42 years as an executive secretary for Burt Robinson, and later for Bruce and Ross Robinson. Mae was the heart and soul of BA for many years and after her retirement was considered the historian of the Company. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 23 at 2:30 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. The family wishes to express their thanks and appreciation to the St. Boniface Palliative care unit for their loving and compassionate care.
