EDNA NORA DOBSON December 4, 2000 Peacefully and with family by her side, Edna welcomed the opportunity to walk with God. Edna was born in Kelvington, SK and grew up in Sherridan, MB. She moved to Winnipeg, MB in 1945 to attend Success College and to work for Canadian Fire and Indemnity. Edna married in 1955 which took her to Germany, Cyprus and England. Along the way she raised two children. Edna returned to Winnipeg in 1974 and started a career with SMS Engineering Ltd. After her retirement in 1991, she moved to Victoria, BC. Edna was predeceased by her parents, Noel and Helena Grice. She is survived by her brother Alan (Janet) sisters, Evelyn and Rosalind (Chris) daughter Linda (Richard) son Guy (Kristine) grandchildren, Danielle, Akasha, Meliah and Aston. As well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Edna will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A memorial was held in Victoria, BC. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 9Z9.
