NELLIE DUMA December 22, 2000 Peacefully and with family by her side, Nellie welcomed the opportunity to be embraced by God. Nellie will always be loved, cherished and remembered by her husband Casey; her son Thomas (Shirley) her daughters, Joanne and Dyanne (Jeff) and her grandchildren, Jason, Jarett, Laura and Carolyn. She was predeceased by her son David in 1977, her sister Mary and parents Anne and Fred Walowetz. Nellie was a loving and compassionate woman who was adored by her family and many friends. She loved the Lord and placed her faith in Him which was reflected in the way she unselfishly gave of herself to others. Her love of life touched the lives of everyone she met and she leaves behind a legacy of love. A celebration of Nellies life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 27, at Springs Church, 595 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Maxwell and the staff at Victoria General Hospital for their kindness and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, spend some special time with your own family and remind yourself of how precious they truly are. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.
