Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET MARY BESTER (nee MacMASTER) It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Margaret Bester, on Sunday, December 24, 2000, at the Grace Hospital at the age of 65 years. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her husband Ray of 44 years marriage; daughter Deborah (Donald) sons, Scott (Kim) and Mark; grandchildren, Matthew, Adam, Samantha, Cory and Tracy and her mother-in-law Lily Bester. She will be missed by her sister Carol Smith, niece Shelly (Jeff) and their son Alex, nephew Kevin and brother Alan (Doreen) MacMaster of Toronto. Margarets family meant the world to her. They always came first and numerous family events were enjoyed. Many happy weekends were spent skiing, camping, and at Caddy Lake. She was employed for many years with the St. James Assiniboia School Division. She was a former curler at Assiniboine Curling Club and was an active member in the Parish of St. Paul the Apostle Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 27 (today), at 2:00 p.m., in St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Ave., With Rev. Msgr. Ward Jamieson presiding. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave. Our family wishes to express a special thank-you to Beryl and Riverview Home Care Ladies as well as the nurses at the Grace Hospital.
