Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE PIDSTAWKA (GRZENDA) Peacefully, passed away, on Wednesday, December 27, 2000, at the Arborg and Districts Health Centre, with her children at her bedside. Born May 21, 1915 at Jaroslaw. She was predeceased by her first husband Andrew Grzenda in July 1967. She now leaves to mourn her passing her husband Maurice Pidstawka; daughter Pat Kowalski; son Ed and Lorna Grzenda, son Frank and Liz Grzenda; grandchildren, Vicki and Doug Hutsel, Frank and Virginia Kowalski, Fran and Kerri Mickey, Joe and Gail Grzenda, Bernie and Joe Lischynski, Denise and Rick Fawcett, Cory Grzenda, Colin Grzenda; great-grandchildren, Brittaney and Andrew Lischynski and Chloe Kowalski-LePage; sisters, Jossie Melnychuk, Stella Marko and Eileen Rudnicki; sister-in-law (Grzenda) Mary Plezia; sisters-in-law, Mary, Jean and Joyce; brother-in-law Charlie, and families; numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 2 at 10:30 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Silver, Man. Rev. Fr. Mark Gnutel will officiate with interment to follow in the Silver Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be Cory, Colin and Joe Grzenda, Rick Fawcett, Frank Kowalski and Doug Hutsel. Honourary pallbearers will be Bob Pidstawka, Kerri Mickey and Norm Melnychuk. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to the staff at the Victoria General Hospital and the Arborg and Districts Health Centre. We will always remember the way you looked, The way you walked and smiled; The many things you did for us, Are with us all the while. You never failed to do your best, Your heart was true and tender; You lived your life for those you loved, And those you loved remember. Youre always in our hearts, MOM, A treasure we will hold; And for the love you gave us, MOM, We truly thank "THE LORD". Mom your hospitality and Christmas Dinner will be missed.
