MATHIEU LEMOINE It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Mathieu Lemoine on December 30, 2000 at the age of 94 years. Surrounded by his family, Mathieu was taken into the arms of God. Mathieu leaves to cherish his memory, Angele Carriere (Omer), Louise Nolette (Richard), Ronald (Jacqueline), Jeannine Saurette (Louis), Gilles, Gisele Lemoine (Rene) 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and a sister Simone Musick. He was predeceased by his wife Antoinette (1985) granddaughter Linda Swan (1994) his parents; brothers and sisters. Dad was a man of few words but we know that he loved us in his own quiet way. He enjoyed all sports, especially curling, shuffleboard and cards. He loved to travel, go camping and family gatherings. His faith was strong during his life and, for us, Dad was a great example to follow. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at the Ste. Agathe Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 3, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. Paul Campeau officiating. Viewing will take place from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. Interment will follow in the Ste. Agathe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Repos Jolys, St. Pierre, MB. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Repos Jolys for the special care given to our dear Dad. AFTERGLOW Id like the memory of me to be a happy one. Id like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. Id like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times, and bright sunny days. Id like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
