Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALLAN GEORGE MOAR Tragically on January 1, 2001, Allan George Moar of Little Saskatchewan First Nation, passed away at the age of 34 years. George will be sadly missed by his mother, Lillian Traverse of Winnipeg; his father, Allen Moar of Winnipeg; brothers, Randy and Henry Moar and Eli Pruden, and sister Rosalind Pruden all of Little Saskatchewan; nephews, Randy Anderson, Timothy, Keith and Dale Pruden, and Harley Bruce; nieces, Raven, Robin and Candace Pruden; aunt Jane Jopp of Rocanville, SK; uncles, Oliver (Clara) Pruden of Little Saskatchewan, and Herman Pruden of Winnipeg; also numerous friends and relatives of Little Grand Rapids, MB. George was predeceased by his grandparents, Phillip and Christina Pruden, and Charlie McKay; uncles, Donald Pruden, William Jopp, Chicky McKay; aunts, Christina and Eva Pruden; brothers, Donald Pruden and Cory Clifford Edward Moar. George was born on August 13, 1966 in Winnipeg. He attended school at R.B. Russell, where he excelled in arts and crafts, and creating clay statues. He was employed at Raber Glove Factory before returning to Little Saskatchewan a year and a half ago. George was a quiet man who kept to himself. One thing he enjoyed was fishing. The family would like to extend a special thanks to everyone who helped out at the scene, the Interlake RCMP detachments that responded, the Little Saskatchewan First Nation Chief & Council, and the ladies who helped through cooking and serving. Wake service will be held on Thursday, January 4 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5 at 2:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Little Saskatchewan Pentecostal Church with Asst. Pastor Gerald Anderson and Jim Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at the Little Saskatchewan Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to: ANDERSON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME Ashern, Manitoba 1-204-768-3606
