EMILY DUDECK Mrs. Emily Dudeck, aged 83 years, of Beausejour, Man., passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2001, at East Gate Lodge. She will be sadly missed by her six children, Helen (Don) Huxley, Ted, Virginia (George) Windsor, Lori (Guy) Boudreau, Len (Carmen) and Gary (Leslie) as well as her brothers, Joe and Frank and her sisters, Violet, Frances (Jack) and Adeline (Fern) her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Frank and brothers, Bert and Walter. Emily was born in Poland and immigrated to Canada when she was 12. She lived in the Garson area where she raised her six children. Her passions were gardening, cooking, baking and spending time with her family. In 1992, she and Frank moved to Stony Plains where she made many friends with the workers and residents. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6, at 10:00 a.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Ave. E. Beausejour, with Rev. Fr. S. Gacki officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
