JOHN JEBSEN John was born Friday, June 16, 1933 at Ethelbert, MB. He grew up in Pine River and worked in Churchill and Flin Flon, MB before settling in The Pas. John married Eileen Lillian Prokop, August 28, 1954 in Flin Flon, and soon after they moved to The Pas and operated Jebsens Dry Cleaners for 18 years. After retiring from the dry cleaning business, John and Eileen moved to Clearwater Lake. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. John will be sadly missed by his loving family, daughters, Janice and Brenda; grandchildren, Madison and Lachlan MacLean; brother Ernie; sisters, Irene and June; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, as well as extended family and friends. God looked around His garden And found an empty space, He then looked down upon this earth And saw your tired face. He put His arms around you And lifted you to rest, Gods garden must be beautiful He only takes the best. He knew that you were suffering He knew you were in pain, He knew you might never Get well upon this earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And hills were hard to climb, So He closed your weary eyelids And whispered "Peace be thine". It broke our hearts to lose you But you never went alone, For part of us went with you The day God called you home. Hemauer Funeral Home, The Pas, were in care of arrangements. 204-623-3261
