FELIX JOSEPH GRENIER October 22, 1945 - January 3, 2001 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Felix Grenier on January 3, 2001 after a courageous battle with cancer. Felixs memory will be loved, cherished and remembered by his wife Yolande; daughter Carmine and son Joel. Felix was predeceased by his father Albert on September 21, 1996. He also leave to mourn his mother Claire; brothers, Romain, Leo, Henri, Bertrand, Julien and Normand, their wives and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends. Felix was raised in St. Leon on the family farm. After high school he moved to Thompson and later to Leaf Rapids where he enjoyed many leisurely hours of fishing, snowmobiling, hunting, bowling and curling. In January 1986, he and his family moved back to St. Leon where they presently reside. Funeral Services will be held in the St. Leon Roman Catholic Church on Monday January 8. Recitation of the Rosary at 1:30. Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment in the St. Leon Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Blood and Marrow Transplant Program, c/o Cancer Care Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
