IRA MILTON "SPUD" WILLIAMSON Ira Milton Williamson of Grandview, Man. passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2001 at the age of 87 years. Surviving are his wife and companion of 61 years, Dorothy; his children, Marian Oliver of Selkirk, Tom Oliver of Boissevain, Brenda (Jim) Wilson of Grandview, Larry (Karen) Williamson of Ashern, Marlene (Trevor) Britton of Grandview, Debbie (Alain) Ingelbeen of Ste. Rose Du Lac; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother Fred Williamson of Brockville, Ont.; three sisters, Alice Thompson of Swan River, Celia King of Dauphin, Fern Williamson of Swan River, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6 at 2:00 p.m. in the Grandview United Church, Rev. David Barrows officiating with interment in the Grandview Cemetery. Should friends so desire, contributions in memory of Mr. Williamson may be made to the Grandview District Hospital. The Sneath-Strilchuk Funeral Service have care of the arrangements. 1-204-638-4110.
