DAISY PASNAK
Born: Mar 08, 1916
Date of Passing: Jan 08, 2001
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAISY PASNAK Daisy Pasnak died peacefully on January 8, 2001 at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 84. Born in Niverville, Manitoba, on March 8, 1916. Daisy was a kind, gentle, soft spoken lady who touched the lives of many. She spent several years working and volunteering her time at the Stella Mission in the North End of Winnipeg. She took pride in working at its clothing depot and in being an active member of the U.C.W. But her heart was always with the children she taught at Nursery and Sunday School. The relationship with her family was the centre of her life. Her spirit will always live on and be in the hearts of each of us: Al and Judi, Judy and Lionel, Tim, Linda and Nick, Penny and Peter, Tao and Irene, Stella, Eugene, Aunty Lucy and her many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We would like to give special thanks to Dr. Dalling and the nurses of Seven Oaks Hospital Palliative Care Unit 5-1, for the care and respect they showed our mom in her last days. Thank you Karen Toole. In the memory of Daisy Pasnak, donations may be made to: Hospice and Palliative Care - N, 119 - 2109 Portage Avenue. Mom, we will miss you, and we love you.

I'm sorry to hear your mom passed. I remember her as a second mom who always put up with my overnight stays and feeding me. - Posted by: Patti Mondor (Friend ) on: Dec 13, 2023

My Granny would have been 100 years old this year. Rarely does a day go by that I don't think about her. From making dandelion crowns at Stella Mission, to the shortbread cookies I loved. Always a memory. Always loved. - Posted by: Lyn Willis (Granddaughter) on: Mar 07, 2016
