Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY ISABELLA CRAIK 1904 to 2001 On January 17, 2001, Mary passed away peacefully at her home in the presence of a loving caregiver from Gentle Touch. Mary was the eldest daughter of Alexander and Isabella (Wilson) Craik, born at Greenway, MB, January 31, 1904 and was raised on the farm. She attended business college in Winnipeg, then worked in the law offices of Honourable Ivan Schultz at Baldur, and Otto Schultz at Pilot Mound, before entering the Manitoba Civil Service in 1938 for the Winnipeg Juvenile and Family Court as secretary to Judge Hamilton, and later as Deputy Clerk of Court and Justice of the Peace in the Winnipeg Family Court. Mary was organist at Greenway United Church for several years and remained a faithful member and supporter of the United Church. She belonged to Knox United, then Young United until the time of her death. Mary is survived by her brother Robert of Killarney, MB, and several cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and three sisters, Lillian, Edna and Gladys. A graveside service will be held at Baldur Cemetery at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, January 21, followed at 4:00 p.m. by a reception at the Baldur Drop-in Centre. Donations, if desired, may be made in Marys memory to a charity of ones choice. Arrangements entrusted to Jamiesons Funeral Services of Glenboro, MB.
