HARRY H. Harry will always be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife of 46 years, Velma; daughter Pat (Russ) Whitteker; son Tom (Vicki), grandchildren, Samantha and Steven; daughter Arlene (Rick), granddaughter Rebecca; daughter Connie (Chad), grandchildren, Kyle and Breanne. He is also survived by his brother Tony of Toronto, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Harry was predeceased by his parents, Patricia and Pete; sister Anne Fedech; and sister-in-law Eileen Skehar. Harry was born in Libau, MB on February 14, 1933. He resided in Winnipeg all his life. He was employed with Peoples Co-operative Dairy until his retirement at which time he and Velma moved to Grosse Isle. He enjoyed evenings of bike riding around town, and in the mornings, coffee with the Grosse Isle "Boys". Harry was also a 30-year member of the Kelekis Mens Coffee Club. He could be seen there faithfully every Sunday morning. Harry also enjoyed bowling, baseball and was an avid fisherman, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. Harry will be greatly missed by his friends who are too numerous to mention. Prayer service will be said on Monday, January 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 23 at 10:00 a.m., also in the chapel, with The Very Rev.
