Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPEARL MAGDALENE DERHAK (nee OLIVIER) Peacefully, at the St. Boniface Hospital on Saturday, January 20, 2001, Mrs. Pearl Derhak passed away in her 90th year. She was predeceased by her husband Bill in 1999 and her son Norman in 1994. Left to cherish Pearls memory are her daughter, Mrs. Doreen (Kenner) Henderson of Brampton, Ont., and one grandson Michael Henderson of Calgary, Alta. She also leaves four sisters, Mrs. Gladys Scott, Mrs. Pat Leveque, Mrs. Peggy Wilson and Mrs. Vera Cave, all of Winnipeg, and one brother Arthur Olivier of Washington. Auntie Pearl will also be sadly missed by her numerous nieces and nephews. Pearl was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Norwood/St. Boniface Branch Ladies Auxiliary and was President for many years. Friends may pay their last respects on Monday, January 22 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 23 at 11:00 a.m. also in the Chapel. Interment to follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society, 105-386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6.
