Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARETHA WESTHOVEN October 2, 1926 - January 20, 2001 It is with deep sadness that the family of Margaretha Westhoven, aged 74 years, announces her death following a courageous battle with cancer in the early morning hours of January 20, 2001 at the Beausejour Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 49 years, Peter; sons, Glenn (Celina) and John; and her sisters and numerous family in the Netherlands. The family wishes to thank the homecare workers for their kindness and excellent care they gave to Mom, and the nursing staff at the Beausejour Hospital, who made her last hours comfortable along with their kindness to the family. Many thanks also to Dr. Daphne Schmidt and her team at the Beausejour Clinic. A memorial service will be held in her honour on Wednesday, January 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Beausejour, Mb., Rev. Fr. Sebastian Gacki presiding. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in her name to the Beausejour Palliative Care Program, c/o Beausejour Hospital, Box 1690, Beausejour, Mb. ROE OCO.
