Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOCEIL MARJORIE McGAVIN (nee ELDRED) In Toronto, on Saturday, January 20, 2001 in the presence of her family, Doceil Marjorie McGavin, beloved wife of the late Donald C. McGavin. Survived by daughter Barbara Jean McGavin and son and daughter-in-law, Douglas Murray and Carol McGavin; grandchildren, Sara, Emily, Jason, Jeffrey and Carrie and special niece Doceil Webb. Born in Semans, SK on February 25, 1918, Doceil graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. in Nursing. Doceil was a member of Kingsway Lambton United Church, Kingsway Lambton United Church Women, Unit 2, St. Georges Golf and Country Club, Kingsway Womens Club and Etobicoke General Hospital Auxiliary. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St., W. at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 25. Funeral service at Kingsway Lambton United Church, 85 The Kingsway (at Prince Edward Dr.) on Friday, January 26 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the United Church Mission and Service Fund, 3250 Bloor St., W., Toronto, ON M8X 1E2, or to The Kingsway Lambton United Church, 85 The Kingsway, Toronto, ON M8X 2T6.
