MIKE LUKOWICH It is with deep sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Mike Lukowich, husband, father, brother and grandfather. Mike was born on September 14, 1929 in Lac Du Bonnet. Mike is survived by his loving wife of forty-one years Mildred; son Mark and his wife Jennifer; daughter Sharon Kolotylo and her husband Bruce and their children Cooper and Carley; brother Frank and his wife Mary of Delta, B.C.; sister-in-law Margaret Lukovitch of Gravenhurst, ON; nephews Jeff (Cathy) and Ted (Joan). His brother Walter Lukovitch predeceased him. Mike was extremely proud of his family and cherished the time he spent with them. He enjoyed life to the fullest and his greatest hobby was being a jack-of-all trade, always having many special projects in the works. He also enjoyed playing with his grandchildren, chatting with friends and neighbours, and spending time at his cottage at Long Lake. He was a plumber by trade and a member of Local 254 for 46 years. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2001 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint).
