FRANK CHARLES ROBSON (MB, FRCS) The family announces with sorrow the passing of Frank Robson, on January 24, 2001, at the age of 70. Frank was a generous and loving husband to his wife and best friend of 43 years, Margaret, who will miss him greatly. As a wonderful and generous father, he will be missed by Penny, her husband Paul and children, David, Jennifer and Alexandra and by Helen, her husband Gordon and children, Jessica, Kathryn and James. He was predeceased by his beloved son Gerald who also died from cancer. He will be remembered fondly by his many relatives and friends in England, Canada and New Zealand. Frank had a gentle and patient nature that touched the lives of many who knew him personally and professionally. A dedicated and extremely well respected Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon, he brought professionalism, kindness, understanding and compassion to his many patients in England until 1971 and Winnipeg until 1990 when he retired to British Columbia. A funeral service was held on January 29. The family gives thanks to Dr. Yun and the other physicians and nurses at the Richmond Hospital who helped in his care. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your local cancer agency or ALS Society would be appreciated.
