TINA BORN 1913 - 2001 On Thursday, February 1, 2001, at the Red River Valley Lodge, Morris, Tina Born, aged 87, formerly of Kane and Lowe Farm, went to her eternal rest. She was predeceased by husband Jacob in 1994; infant son David Kenneth; two grandsons, Perry Born, Travis Eidse; and brother Henry W. Penner. She leaves to mourn her passing three daughters, Margaret and Allan Friesen of Kenora, ON, Jacque and Wes Eidse of Rosenort; Lisa Michell and Mike Beaulieu of Portage La Prairie; son Larry and Elvera Born of Winnipeg; son-in-law Leo Michell of Morris; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Willie and Pete Penner. Viewing will be Sunday, 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler (1218th St.), and at church prior to the service. Funeral service will be Monday, February 5, 2:30 p.m., Emmanuel Gospel Church, Lowe Farm, with Rev. Jake Wiebe and Rev. Ward Parkinson officiating. Interment will follow at Rosefarm Cemetery.
