EDWARD WALTER LAZORAK October 15, 1938 - February 3, 2001 The family of Edward Walter Lazorak is sad to announce his passing. He leaves to cherish his memory Caren Lazorak; daughter Laury Jasper (Grant) son Derell Lazorak (Jeannette) cousin Mitch Wyczany and friend Stella Peicko. Ed was predeceased by his parents, John and Regina. Ed was born in Winnipeg. He was a hard worker and master of all trades. The family would like to thank his friends and co-workers for their support. A special thank you to his daughter Laury, who was always there for him. As per Eds wish, cremation has taken place. A gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, February 6, between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel (Reception Room), 1020 Main St. In tears we saw you sinking We watched you fade away. You suffered much in silence You fought so hard to stay. You faced your task with courage Your spirit did not bend, But still you kept on fighting Until the very end. God saw you getting tired When a cure was not to be, So he put his arms around you And whispered, "Come with Me". So he took you home to rest, Gods garden must be beautiful For he only takes the best. A golden heart stopped beating Two gentle hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best Your presence we all miss Your memories we treasure, Well hold you in our hearts And memories forever. Sincere thank you to all the staff, families, and patients on 3 East Riverview Health Centre. Your endless caring, support and friendship meant everything to Ed (THE LITTLE MAN WITH THE BIG HEART).
