Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryERNEST EDWARD SCHUBERT Ernie was taken from our lives on Saturday, February 3, 2001. He passed away peacefully in the Concordia General Hospital at the age of 81 years. He is survived by his children: Harvey Schubert and Linda (Tony) Hill; grandchildren, Sherrie, Scott, Graeme, and Alyson; and his great-grandchildren, Shannon, Dallas, Dayton, Gregory and Samantha. Ernie will also be sadly missed by his family and friends: Mary Meleshko, Doris Schubert; his sisters, Ruth (John) Thiel, Ester (Bill) Dignan and Marion (Tom) Gamble and by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Elizabeth; sister Amanda; brother Ed, and niece Candace. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2001 in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Green Acres Lane. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Concordia General Hospital Foundation, 1095 Concordia Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2K 3S8 or to a charity of ones choice.
