V. PHYLLIS KEYWORTH (nee BURFOOT) With sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, Phyllis Keyworth on February 3, 2001 at the age of 84 years. She has gone to join her beloved husband Frank, daughter Joyce, sister May and parents, Alice and George. Phil was born in Winnipeg in 1916. As the "little sister" she maintained strong bonds to her family. Phil had a career in business and taught business education at high school and community college. She was passionate about music, horses and dogs which led the family to country living. A true animal lover she was happy going for a ride with Pilot or walking with Skippy, Angie and Veda. In retirement she and Frank were able to travel frequently in Canada and Europe. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by daughter Donna Lee and husband John; daughter Sharon and husband George; grandchildren, Adrian, Arlen, Jessica and Thea; brother Bob and wife Eveline; brother Alf and wife Rena; sister-in-law Peg and husband Alf; nieces and nephews; her life-long friend Grace and husband Ernie; her cousins in England Doreen, Douglas, Tony and wife Stella. Phil lived for 26 years with Parkinsons. Her strength of will was admired by all who knew her. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Middlechurch Home for their compassion, care and kindness and Irene for her special friendship. Mom, we are grateful for the care and love you gave us. You will always be in our hearts. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 7 at Middlechurch Home, 280 Balderstone, West St. Paul. Burial at Kildonan Cemetery. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
