VIRGINIA (JEAN) HENRICKSON (nee MILLER) Suddenly on Febru-ary 3, 2001, Jean Henrickson, beloved mother of Laurie Jean Raynaud (Raymond) of Lorette, Manitoba and Stuart Alan Henrickson (Jackie) of Saudi Arabia, passed away at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 70 years. In addition to her loving children, Jean will be sadly missed by her childrens father Earle Henrickson; her brother Walt Miller (Marg) of Calgary; her sister Terry Hatch; her grandchildren, Katherine and Nicole Raynaud and Samantha Henrickson; her goddaughter and niece Gail Hatch, her nieces Gwen Hatch and Leslie Hale; her nephews Grant Hatch, Raymond and David Henrickson and her numerous friends. Jean is predeceased by her parents, Lydia and Michael Miller, and nephew David Miller. Jean possessed a witty sense of humour while coping with serious illness most of her life. She was a very proud grandmother and took joy in talking about her grandchildren. Jean was born in Winnipeg and took great pride in the fact that she lived her entire life here. In accordance with Jeans wishes, cremation has taken place. A service to commemorate her life will be held on Friday, February 9 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, (204) 885-9715, with a reception following. Flowers are gratefully appreciated and can be sent to Chapel Lawn Funeral Home or a donation in memory of Jean can be sent to the Lupus Society of Manitoba Inc., 105-386 Broadway, Winnipeg MB, R3C 3R6.
