ROSE JEWELL (nee AKER) November 1, 1913 - February 5, 2001 Rose passed away on February 5, 2001 at the Heritage Lodge. She was predeceased by her husband Al in July, 2000. She is survived by her sister Agnes Aker of Windsor, ON; brothers, Roy, Howard, and Carl Aker of Winnipeg, MB and brother Victor Aker of BC. Rose was a dedicated member of Rebekah Lodge. At Roses request, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. The family wishes to thank the staff at Heritage Lodge for their kindness and care. If friends so desire, donations in Roses memory would be greatly appreciated by the family to the Alzheimer Society of Winnipeg, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg MB R3C 4G2.
