Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNELLIE EMILY PEARSON (nee FLETT) Peacefully on February 9, 2001 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Nellie Pearson, aged 79 years, of Selkirk, Man. Nellie was predeceased by her beloved husband Donovan in 1990; her parents, Mary and George Flett; brothers, Ernie, Harry and Stanley and a sister Stella. She leaves surviving children, Diane Kubas (Laurence), Dennis Little (Marilyn), Larry Toombs (Linda), Jim Little (Cinde), Bob Little (Debbie), Marlene Znidaric (Joe), Donna Dunlop (Randy), Donnie Little (Adelaide) and Lennie Little (Cherri) 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bert and Fred; sisters, Sylvia, Norma, Doreen and Katie and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mom enjoyed her trips to the cabin and going fishing and camping. She also enjoyed going to bingo, not only for the game, but to talk and laugh with her many friends and family. Nellie had a kind heart and an excellent sense of humour. She had a deep love for all her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. Nellie was a founder and life member of the Over 60 Club at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 42, Selkirk and also an active member of the Legion Ladies Auxillary. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, February 13 at 1:00 p.m., in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk with Legion Padre Peter Cain officiating. Special thanks to Adelaide Law and her family, and grandchildren James and Stefanie Little for their love and care during Moms illness. Our family also wishes to extend sincere thanks to Dr. Andy Wozny and the staff at the Selkirk and District General Hospital and to Rosanne T. Ross of the RCMP for her compassion.
